In one week, Vancouver-Point Grey voters will decide if Christy Clark deserves a seat in the legislature, but they'll have to make their choice without seeing the premier debate her opponents.

So there was an election just this week, but a special election next week? Can't they be combined?

The election this week was federal, this is a provincial bye election. The former Premier of BC resigned leaving his seat in the provincial legislature open. The new Premier has to be an elected member to sit in the legislature so there is an election for the vacated seat.

They could catch Christie Clark in a massage parlour and she'd be elected. Why's she want to bother with debates for.
