Too many unanswered questions surrounding this guy. Authorities are investigating every sex assault and murder in all the areas he has lived in. Let the bastard suffer going from being a base commander to a prisoner while we get the info we need. No need to give him an easy way out which obviously he'd rather have.

At the risk of being labelled a barbarian, I'm not avove condoning whatever torture method necessary to elicit all answers to all questions, prior to the aforementioned 'coffee break'.

I'd like to see this prick face a trial and conviction. Let him kill himself after he's been proven guilty. That'd give the victims' families a little closure. If he checks out without facing the music, that'd just be another "fuck you" to those families.

That 'closure' may also include a lot of emotional pain that families don't need. A lot of details that can do more harm than good. Sometimes that isn't what is needed. If the guy killed himself, then it's done.

If he checks out without facing the music, then he checks out and it's done. The 'fuck you' comes when he's released in a few years while his victims are still dead.

Yep, I agree. This bastard needs to have his nose rubbed in it.

Yes that would be the best for all concerned. The families of the victims won't have to go through the anguish. The investigations will give all the answers that they are going to get.

It will save the government a lot of money in housing this creep.

There will be no risk of him being released in a couple years essentially telling the families - You're screwed and reminding everybody "I was abase Commander".
