Chrysler LLC says it may no longer be able to operate in Canada unless Ottawa loans the company billions of dollars and workers agree to massive wage cuts.
I may be from the states but I agree it is nothing but blackmail. I wish my government would have had let them sink or swim and I own one of the things.

The workers and the unions have screwed themselves far worse than the companies have.
These Canadian plants are the most cost effective that Chrysler has so they better think very hard about shutting them down.

They tried when Daimler Benz was selling Chrysler, but the US Venture Capitalists had bigger pockets.
Looks like Magna might be able to get a deal yet.
