Gas is 89.9 cents in some places - I really don't get why our gas is much cheaper than the national average.
Mmm, I wonder why Ottawa was not listed in the list at the bottom. Maybe not to piss people off?

Maybe the oil companies think politicians won't bitch if they think it's that low everywhere.
I was bitching about the high cost of gas when it was $0.539. $0.99 . . .$0.89 outrageous!
How far we have come, eh?
rofl $0.99 a litre is 'down to earth'.

Isn't that the truth. When I started driving gas hovered around .40 to .60 cents a liter. When It hit .90 I was disgusted. Now I would kill for some .90 cent gas.

Yeah, that's my theory too
How is that fair? There shouldn't be such a difference in price across the country.
Wake me up when it get back to that rate.
Gas in Victoria is currently $1.179, looking at some of the other places on this list is making me sick. And just think our carbon tax is going up again in less than a year and it is only 2 1/2 cents a litre now, + Transit tax + GST + Road improvement fee + etc.
I bought gas today at 103.4 per litre. It hasn't been that cheap in ages. I think the petrol companies are resisting putting the rates under 1$.
Well it's hard to come by in Alberta right now so dont bitch about the price,or better yet, stock up.I'll have to go up the bush and find a steep hill to get the last dreg's of diesel out of my slip tank as the stations here are out right now.
Funny thing is Zig, even with a shortage of diesel, I still see gravel trucks tailgating people doing 120.

The old boys network, they get a steady supply.
Plus lots of people knew it was coming and stocked up.
Your also talking about gravel truck drivers.
No offence to any GT drivers meant either but.....I bet those guys arent gps'd and not paying for the fuel.

Yeah, there a lots of idiot truck drivers. The police should be more vigilant in going after truck drivers speed, safety requirements as they are suppose to know better.

They're actually saving fuel that way by drafting.
