    Handcuffing is extreme, but man that's bad. Does she think she will impress guys with that? Most (intelligent) guys won't touch that with a 30 foot poll for fear of catching something.

    i don't see how it's innapropriate. she wasn't exposing anything. it's a senior prom which means she's atleast 17 year old. Cheerleaders are more exposed in their uniforms than she was in that dress.
