meh... the dress is clearly inappropriate for a school-sponsored event.
Agreed. When exactly did dressing like a whore become mainstream anyway?

Once rap and hiphop became mainstream "music"
That's not even a dress, its yellow toilet paper wrapped over her breasts.

It's even see-thru.
What parent lets her daughter go anywhere near a window, let alone outside the safety of her home with that dress?

Handcuffing is extreme, but man that's bad. Does she think she will impress guys with that? Most (intelligent) guys won't touch that with a 30 foot poll for fear of catching something.

She can wear it when she's turning tricks...no, not you Tricks. She'll likely continue wearing it after she's packed on another 75 lbs.

i don't see how it's innapropriate. she wasn't exposing anything. it's a senior prom which means she's atleast 17 year old. Cheerleaders are more exposed in their uniforms than she was in that dress.

She wasn't handcuffed because of her dress.

She was probaly yelling at the administrators for ruining her prom night. Getting out of control, the officer arrested her.

Oh wow.
I was hoping to see something good, but jesus christ, that's bad. My eyes hurt.
Does she have a freakign mustache?
There is hope for you yet.
Pretty difficult to construct a fantasy around that ugly bit of road kill---isn't it.
