Actually it's caused by excessive emissions from burning coal at their power plants, garbage quality gasoline and diesel fuels, and millions of vehicles ungoverned by any sort of emission standards. In other words it's what happens in places that have taken the same approach to pollution that "conservatives" like you want to return to North America and Europe. You should stop dumping coal ash and slag into your rivers before you point fingers at others. And try a bit harder to not kill so many miners every year. And fine your coal owners and executives more than a couple thousand dollars per incident when they get "caught" by what passes for a regulatory system in your country.
