Just in case anyone's tempted to make a kneejerk reaction about pot - well, George Washingtno and Jefferson grew it as well, and they seemed pretty levelheaded. Ok, Willie is one man, if a legend. I guess that depends on whether it's a Constitutional point or not. Law isn't, and shouldn't be completely malleable. Incitement is one thing, and we likely have laws to cover it.
