Caleb, no it doesn't strike fear in my hearts... I don't know if you seriously thought that or if you just really want to rouse me into an argument about this. Whether the writer is technically racist or just extremely simplistic in his thinking is hard to discern, perhaps. I'm quite surprised that ...

For me, creating fear towards a foreign country and their people while grossly simplifying how people think about said group of people, is encouragement of racist thinking. It makes others very negative towards a targeted group of people - in this case, the Chinese - based on gross simplification of...

"With all eyes on the Big O’s Office of the President-elect, very few know that the Port of Los Angeles--the nation’s largest--is now effectively under the control of the Peoples Republic of China." This is racist fearmongering basically isn't it? I don't trust giant corporations any mor...

I don't see why that's "being fair".... tasers aren't meant to be like firearms, they are touted to be non-lethal. Guns aren't meant to be non-lethal, so they don't need to pass a safety test, but tasers do.

Am I just not getting your point or something??

your comment befuddles me.

"Here's a Department of Defense study in 1997 which concluded: 'Historical data
show a strong correlation between US involvement in international situations
and an increase in terrorist attacks against the United States.'"

In particular that 1997 report on correlation between US interventions and terrorism - I was actually looking for something like tha...

I want to show the facts, but done more in the form of an mind map, rather than use pure statistics (as that would put people to sleep and would not really do much to help my goal, which is actually get people interested in what is in front of them.)
