| Acer is the best for customer service. I'd just send it back to them and they'd either fix it or replace it. Acer warranties on laptops are 1- 2 years. |

| Acer's a good systems. The most common mistake people have with wireless (and I know cuz I do tech support and this i usually the issue) is having the wireless radio off. Windows turns off the radio automatically to save battery power. There should be a button, switch, or fn+ key combination to turn... |

| Don't bother with Ultimate, the two extra games and video wallpaper isn't worth th extra $200. Also for those of you who haven't gotten a new system and are planning to, hold off for a bit, Service Pack 1 is hopefully due out in November. |
