Water is definitely a forgotten health food. I try to drink only water, but do have the occasional fruit juice. I know lots of people who don't drink water at all...it can't be good.

I still don't understand the floride in the water for oral reasons. I was led to belive that fluoride was a topical treatment, and is only effective when it soaks into the enamel of the teeth, which requires two minutes of contact. How is putting it in the water helping?
