As a francophone, my experience has shown that both sides of the coin can be racist. That is the french are racist and the english are too.
I'm bilingual so I've lived this...

Grandparents play a vital role in the family life. It's a shame to see kids denied access, a right denied not only the grandparents, but the grandkids rights are being ignored.
