You are correct it's their offical language, they used to be a French Colony.

why not expand the database so it includes speed limits, then if the end user chooses to do so, they can configure the system to alert him any time he is speeding instead of just near speed traps. Hey guys,

Obviously I am new here, I am from Calgary, currently working in the Congo off the coast of Pointe Noire. Lot of downtime with my job so I needed something to keep me entertained for the next three weeks.
