No it's not. They have two official recognized (big difference) languages but the people itself are not bilingual or most aren't. Common misconception as indicated from some posts up above.

Yes, we will sell our oil elsewhere where they pay less then Canadians. We must be the only country to export oil but pay more than the people we export to.

You seem pretty anti-immigrant and yet Canada is a nation of immigrants. Hell the west barely has the same culture as Ontario, the west is far more eastern European the east is western European. You seem pretty dumb but I won't hold it against you. The west has 'barely' the same culture as Ontario?...

Actually, Albert and Sask just need more immigrants period. Our cities are actually running out of people to employ, the people that are unemployed are generally handicapped in some form or deadbeats. I used to work at Denny's, they were forced to bring in three cooks from Bangladesh because there ...

There are exceptions to every rule... :lol: yup, and changing rules based on those exceptions often ends up causing more damage than good. Nothing is perfect but our system is doing pretty damned well in comparison to other countries. Maybe those other countries don't have human rights commissioner...
