You lucky bastard!!!!

Those are amazing shots and I thank you for posting them.

Thanks and my pleasure! I did a cockpit tour and the museum had re-enactors around. That's how I got the shot of the tail-end Charlie.

The Brits have a training camp quite close to Nairobi. I've spent many months around there and Mombasa. They rotate infantry battalions through there annually. The Kenyans have a reasonably well trained military but their cops are corrupt and useless.

Mmmm. RIM are toast. I sold my shares when that guy was looking at buying a NHL team. I had a work BB, I liked it. I got my own LG android with a qwerty keyboard, I though it was ok but it crapped out on me when I was back in the Emerald Isle and all my cousins took the piss out of me for not having...

Think beyond grade 10 physics, and start thinking about relative physics. If all vehicles are travelling within 10-20 kph of each other at the moment of collision, the application of force only equates to the energy differential between those two vehicles. Even after the point of collision, the fri...

Speed does kill. I'm not an advocate for mindless enforcement but vehicles that go faster present a greater safety hazard to the driver and everybody else. It’s simple physics. Trying to argue that going faster is anyway safer is futile. The faster an object goes, the greater the impact when it coll...

Unsound Unsound:
EyeBrock EyeBrock:
Increasing the speed limit will create more dead idiots and present a bigger hazard for the non-idiots driving safely.

And your proof for this? As opposed to the studies already presented that show the exact opposite of what you said.

Going faster is safer? Prove it.

Mmmm. Dodgy logic. There is a multitude of evidence readily available that the faster impact speed (of a vehicle vs other object) the higher the risk of fatality. http://www.swov.nl/rapport/Factsheets/UK/FS_Speed.pdf It’s not a mystery that the quicker an object travels, the more kinetic energy it p...

Regardless of if he was right or wrong, to say a couple minute video can tell a whole story it just ignorant in any case. What whole story could possibly justify the follow up 6 shots? Please give me a version where that is justified. Maybe you should wait for the trial? That's when ACTUAL evidence...

Same sort of choices we had in the West up until the 20th century. I'm hoping they will catch up but as Winston put it; Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities, but the influence of the religion paralyzes the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in th...

Religion. I was in Dublin last month. Catholicism has had it's time there, the Church has way less power and quite rightly so. Until the Arabs et al stop putting religion before everything else, they will remain in the social Stone Age. Egypt is heading down the path of Islamo-facism like most of th...

Of course they will rebuild the Christian churches in Egypt and the rest of the Arab World where they have been burning them for the past decade. Unfortunately the Christians who used to go to them have either left as refugees or worse. Arab countries are not a great place to be anything but an Arab...

On Thursday, Judge St. Pierre said he took into account previous sentences for others involved in the Good Samaritan beating, as well as Mahoney's remorse and the fact that he was a skilled young ironworker. WTF does being an ironworker have to do with a reduced sentence? Any excuse for our ...
