What a parent counsels is rarely based on actual numbers. That's why it would be nice for schools to be able to do it.

There really should be more work put into outlining to students where the current job needs are. It can't just be something that happens at the start of your higher education/trades training. It has to be continuous because needs spike and wane from year to year. Also outlining /where/ those jobs wi...

Unfortunately, not always true. I know someone who was originally a high school science teacher but was reassigned to teach elementary a few years back. He's not thrilled with the change but told me it was not unheard of.

I get pretty much all of my prime source news through the Google news aggregator or a few other topic specific news feeds these days. I still read a paper when I'm in a restaurant from time to time but usually it isn't anything i haven't already heard about. I don't expect this will change much for ...

I had no idea so much hardware was simply burried after the war. It would seem a waste of good material but I guess we have the possibility to reap the benefit of those decisions today.
