Where ARE all these separatists I hear about? [huh] They're sort of like the people who voted for Nixon in 1972. It's indisputable that they cast their votes for Nixon but in public they denied doing so. Same thing here. These people clearly have separatist sentiments but just don't want to be call...

But one thing: like him or not, Duccepte was a great politician, and most importantly, a great man. He will not leave while being into a scandal like Chretien and Martin did. I never agreed with his views, but he was a respectable fellow. Here's a link, in french, of a man who wrote a blog page in h...

You guys DO realize that Québec IS the official opposition, right? It will be the first time since, I don't know really, that the Province of Quebec voted for a party that is either the goverment, or the opposition. That will be interesting. The debate will now change of perspective, no more ...

The NPD single-handly grounded the BLOC, by winning more ridings that the BLOC ever wins in his history. Holy shit. In Quebec, the NPD obliterated everything that wasn't NPD. Wow. Fine by me, great damn news! Now, 4 years before the next elections, that's enough time for the newly elected peoples to...
