Israel's prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the Palestinian attacker who mowed down and killed four Israeli soldiers and wounded 15 in Jerusalem was an ISIS terrorist.

    What a travesty. If these soldiers had been allowed to carry their weapons, this never would have happened
