    Embassy says don't go to Karak.
    That's quite a disservice.

    I say don't go anywhere in the Middle East or North Africa.

    Whyte in fact failed her firearms qualification while at police college, and she should not have been deployed in public with a sidearm, says the statement of claim.

    IF that is true she should not have passed training. Full stop, it isn't that much of a leap to link negligence to anything that happens AFTER she pulled the trigger of her service pistol.

    I don't often agree with you, but yep, there's no way I'd willingly go to the ME or North Africa.

    No matter how much I'd really love to see Krak du Chevaliers;

    El Jem;

    Or the Pyramids & Kharnak Temple

    The last time I was in that part of the world was in 2008 in Tunisia. I'd love to go back to Egypt with the wife someday but don't think it'll happen anytime soon.
