    Minimum wage at $10.45 and no rent under $1000, no places to live at all, makes people desperate.

    Honestly, I don't see what the issue is. It's not as if the sex is being forced, as there is the option to decline the add. Realistically, there is probably some landlords who want sex from men, too. If I found a landlord like that, that was appealing, I might jump at the opportunity. If I didn't, then I'd pay the ridiculous rent like everyone else.

    The issue is that offering goods or services in return is the same as asking for money (just ask the CRA). Paying money for sex is illegal.
    Therefore a BJ for room and board is the same as rent.
    Maybe if she values it at $100 a shot and he reports it on his income taxes, it would make people feel better! :twisted:

    We have City down here way worse. San Francisco and it's called Gentrification.
