The U.S. Treasury Department has designated Vancouver-based payments processor Pacnet a "significant transnational criminal organization" as part of a major crackdown on mail fraud.

    America looking out for their citizens and basing it on their own intel. Wise decision. If they rely on Canadian police intel they will be fed more horse manure than you would find in a stable of race horses. From the TPS to the RCMP, unreliable and lacking in credibility.
