South Korea has elite troops on standby ready to assassinate Kim Jong Un if the country feels threatened by North Korean nuclear weapons, the country's defense minister revealed this week.

Umm, I think this might fall under the "classified" file, or, "I dont want to tell my enemy what I am going to do".

Sounds like there might be some real concerns about N Korea using nukes and they want to make sure that Jong Un knows that he will be going down with them if they do.
