Mr. Obama had the character to call this out. When Duterte made an offensive remark to Obama he had his meeting cancelled.

Duterte is just another dirty sob who believes rule of law and rights are of no consequence. A fascist coward, who like many love to have power so they can abuse it. If they don't have power, they are small wee men (I know many like this actually). I would think Trudeau would speak out against these arbitrary and illegal killings and stand shoulder to shoulder with Obama.

Yet another reason why the West has to place Human Rights and liberty above all else. If not, this world is going to be a dark place indeed.

Duterte is someone who is sick and tired of the fucking Muslims. The Muslims on Mindinao run the drug trade in Phil. because their island is effectively semi-autonomous. The people who buy drugs are then financing the over century old Muslim insurgency that wants to remake the Philippines into the next Indonesia.

Kill the people who finance the Muslims and then kill the Muslims.

And the "Muslim" part is why that ratfuck Muslim traitor in the White House is upset at Duterte.

You been into the whiskey this morning? Do citizens deserve rights or not?

If they do, gunning down people without charges or fair courts is illegal Internationally. Furthermore blaming this on Obama is simply wrong. Not just inaccurate but outright wrong.

The Moros do not consider themselves citizens of the Phillipines and they've been actively waging war against the non-Muslim government for over a century.

Duterte is going to put it to an end. First, by ending their source of financing in the drug trade and second by killing the bastards.

Duterte is just the first leader to put his people ahead of political correctness and we'll soon see other countries...especially in Eastern Europe...starting the necessary work of cleansing their countries of the Muslim colonists and invaders.

So you don't believe in Rule of Law, Right to Due Process etc. Got it.

Now there's a nice excuse. You broke the law, so you obviously don't believe in rule of law, so we'll break the law too. As always with idiocy like this, just hope that this doesn't come to bite you in the ass.

There are no laws when fighting those deplorable s so no problem. Not an excuse, a fact. Showing strength means others think twice before biting you in the ass.

Are you proposing that the next time Canada has a war that you should send police to enforce the law instead of sending troops to enforce the peace?

Got your head up your ass again, do you?

If the FBI had gone in full force and just murdered everyone involved in that Oregon (or Nevada) stand off, you'd be in support of that too. Obviously those scum didn't support the rule of law.

You just don't know who the enemy is that Duterte is dealing with.

He is from Mindanao and he grew up with the Muslims murdering people all his life. Muslims have killed people in the Duterte family and Duterte is absolutely influenced by these events.

Now that he's gone to war against the drug dealers it's interesting that the Moro Liberation Front (Muslims) has destroyed their own fields of marijuana and opium poppies to avoid the man's wrath. If they pacify then he'll leave them alone, but they would not have done this had not Duterte been more savage than they are.

I suppose the thing here is that you and too many others are projecting your values and your morals onto a Filipino who is waging a war to save his country.
