Why would anyone want to leave this paradise? Chlorine, Mustard - perhaps even Sarin! The holy trinity of clean living!

    To kill infidels, of course.

The United Nations and the West failed Syria like they did Rwanda.

Why is it the UN's job to prevent a civil war?

    Why is it our job?

It's not. In fact, just the opposite. The UN Charter protects the right to be "Self-determining peoples". In other words, it encourages overthrowing governments that the people don't want.

It isn't. It's the Russians' job.

Saudi Arabia has 100,000 air-conditioned tents sitting empty, still wont take Syrian refugees

UN NATO safe zones could have been established and Saudi Arabia could have been pressured to allow up to 3 million refugees access to their 100,000 tents.

Exactly what pressure would you have applied to Saudi Arabia? 'Cause they're so easily influenced, right? ROTFL

No, not their fault this time. Syria's descent into madness is 100% the responsibility of fuckwits like Obama, Hillary, and John McCain who all thought it was such a great idea to arm ISIS so they could overthrow Assad...all to make possible a natural gas pipeline from Qatar to Europe.

Exactly! Everyone blames the UNs' failing on things they have no responsibility for!

It would be a dream come true. Reality is though that the Saudis are too buddy-buddy with your One-Percenter American aristocracy to ever be held to account for anything they've done. It's the rich people's world, the rest of us are just hanging around in it.

Maybe if the President had a better relationship with the Saudis it could have been possible, yes Bush had a cozy one too but it's the price of doing business because the oil sands are evil. Hillary, McCain and Obama thought they could get rid of Assad and this is the mess we're facing today.

Going by the looks on their faces the Saudis must love these meetings with Western "leaders". I'm guessing the blowjobs they receive from every single one of our politicians must be absolutely fantastic. :|

Getting rid of Assad, Khaddafy, and Saddam Hussein was a massive mistake because the naive notion that Muslims would embrace democracy removed the dictators who kept those crazy fucking assholes under control.
