In Vancouver DWA (Driving While Asian) drivers don't need a license just a checkbook.

Nah, the cops aren't corrupt. The DWA's need that checkbook to buy their license tho.

Bah! That's a bad parking job, but I can show you intersections here in Edmonchuk where people completely ignore stop signs, red lights and often, pedestrians!

Yea, true. We wouldn't put Canadian traffic up against the mayhem of Asia. ;)

On our local news on Wednesday noight there was a guy who was clearly Asian who was ARRESTED by the CHP for 'reckless driving'.

He was in the #1 lane (aka 'fast lane') on I-5 southbound where the speed limit is 70mph.

He was doing 35mph and was 'chased' by the CHP for five miles before he stopped.

And just wait, the SOB will be back on the road again as soon as he makes bail.

Back in the late 80s we were unloading food and presents on Curistmas Eve afternoon at my auntie's place when my cousin yelled and pointed. It has snowed a whole 1/2 inch and coming down the slight hill was a car slamming off parked cars on one side, then the other. The driver was frozen and whiteknuckled at the wheel, brakes locked.
My brother in law and 2 older cousins ran into the street and 2 per side steadied the car into the center of the road, screaming at him to just pump the brakes! My sisters ran out onto Renfrew St and stopped traffic as we guided the guy past out own parked vehicles and then he slid across 4 lanes and slammed into the curb. All of a sudden my cousin burst out laughing and when I looked at him he pointed to the door of the guys car. I backed off and looked at the door on my side.
    HONGKONG DRIVING SCHOOL.
In the excitement I didn't even notice it had 2 steering wheels, but only one guy in the instructors seat.
