Police search home of Pennsylvania man accused of receiving girl as gift

Authorities have been searching the home of a Pennsylvania man accused of sexually assaulting a teenager whose parents police say gave her to him when she was 14 because he helped them financially. She was one of a dozen girls living in the residence.

    As usual the neighbors knew something was wrong but did nothing. At least get to know him a bit and ask some questions.

    Then I'm curious as to where your moral guidance comes from that tells you that what these people did is somehow 'wrong'? And why should the neighbor impose her narrow-minded view of morality on this man and his alternative domestic arrangement?
