A USB containing information about irregular practices within Quebec's Ministry of Transport was doctored after it was handed over to ministry officials, a parliamentary committee heard Wednesday night.

    Surprises the heck out of me. Why would anyone give the only copy of digital evidence away? I know people are trusting, but come on! There is no disadvantage to a copy of digital information, it's exactly the same as the original.

    That there is corruption in Quebec, no, no surprise there.

    Seems to me that there's some people in Quebec who can look forward to promising careers in the US Government if Hillary gets elected this year.
