A man who was recently sentenced to five years behind bars for a savage sucker punch in Kelowna in September 2014 had been issued a deportation order from Canada five years before the attack took place.

While the CBSA wouldnt speak to the specifics of Kollies case, one of the reasons he is still in the country may be his inability to stay out of trouble.

A review of his record would indicate that he has been almost continually in custody since 2006, the sentencing judge said last week.
So why wasn't he deported directly from prison the last time he was to be released?

Maybe a smart lawyer from your side of the spectrum did everything he could to prevent it and then a judge from your side of the spectrum bought into it? That's the way these things usually work.

Well, since your side of the spectrum would have hung him from a tree, I guess I'll have to be happy with my side.

No, I would have deported him immediately after his sentence was served, regardless of whether or not the Liberians even wanted him back. It's people like you that have given not just the same rights as citizens to foreigners in this country, you've given them special rights, and that's why we get stuck with endless appeals that chew up millions of dollars and get the sack of shit in question no closer to being booted out of our country. You want to know where this fucking joke of a system came from then go look in the mirror, asshole.

hmmm...seeing as you play both sides whenever it's convenient for you, or you figure what slant will stir the pot the most for your personal shits and giggles.

Well as Liberia and the US are very historically connected, send the SOB our way and we will deport his arse back. This way the piss poor crying Canadian Bleeding Human Rights leg jumper courts has no say and we could care ol less deporting him back to Liberia, he isn't a Mexican, so no refugee status for breaking laws.
