RCMP say they were called to a "neighbour dispute involving a handgun" in the Village of Granisle, on Babine Lake, at about 12:30 p.m. PT on Thursday.

    I dunno. A 70 y.o. woman "confronts" police at her home. Was it really necessary to shoot her? Was she some sort of Annie Oakly type?

    Sorry, I keep forgetting that liberals genuinely believe that a cop is obligated to let himself be shot first before he's allowed to take action to protect himself and others when some nut starts firing at him.

    But we're constantly reminded that righties genuinely believe any cop shooting is a good one and there's never another option. Like when you have cover and the perp surrounded, blast away anyway. Even if the reports only say the grandma "confronted" police.
