Maher Arar, the Canadian engineer who was wrongly accused of having terrorist ties, sent to Syria, imprisoned and tortured, has returned to his entrepreneurial roots with a new venture and a new outlook.

He's a Muslim, that's all we need to know. Islam is as Islam does. Obviously he's just lying low until the time is right for parking jihad.

And he got $10 million of taxpayer money to re-invent himself with too!
