A dog that was left in a garbage bag behind a South Korea meat market has a new life -- and new limbs -- on the other side of the world in Arizona.

How many dogs are put down in the US every year? But they have to fly one halfway around the world and give him prosthetic paws? How many American dogs could have been saved with that money?

I'm surprised that some South Korean didn't just wack the dog in the head and make himself dinner, the love to eat dogs there.

Good ending. I wish the dog well.
