Me neither. I read something like this a few years ago too. I remember reading an article that used the example of a Taylor Swift concert in where, after giveaways, contests, and industry held tickets, only 10% of tickets were available for public sale.
It's ridiculous. This is rampant and the industry still has the never to charge exorbitant tickets prices for an artificially finite amount of tickets.

Why would you buy a ticket to a Taylor Swift concert? Isn't it easier just to date her?

Is she thqt easy? Cause my wife said I was allowed cheat on her with Taylor... I think it might be a trap, but I'm almost willing to risk it.

"DrCaleb" said Yea, this is pretty much why I stopped going to concerts and hockey games.
Seeing some if the 'indy' bands in a local bar is so much better.
The second concert I ever saw, I got to see Ted Nugent, Loverboy, Heart and BOC at an all day concert at Winnipeg Stadium for 5 bucks.
The last concert I went to was KISS in Detroit and the tickets were 40 bucks a pop. Don't even remember who the warm-up act was so that tells ya how good were

Paying $50 in the days before legal scalping and seeing Simple Minds play over a defective system and walk away after 30 mins ($50 was dinner for two at the Keg back then)... winning tickets to Rush and feeling like a total geezer at 29... never seeing the Canucks win a game live... and nowadays, I still don't want to. I don't wanta see the fucking Depends bulge under David Gilmour's pants or hear some gasping remnant of a teen idol. Alice Cooper, in a wheelchair croaking out "I'm EIGHTEEN akkk hak hak"
Yeahhh. Not too sure if I'd be all that interested in a 26 yr old that thinks she's still in high school.
Wasn't planning on having a conversation with her. She's had a "lot" of boyfriends... are you sure you want to go there? If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space.
