Albertans cool to Premier Rachel Notley's climate change plan, says Mainstreet R

According to a Mainstreet Research survey of 3,017 Albertans taken Dec. 3, some 66% oppose the new economy-wide carbon tax. And 58% say they don�t support the plan as a whole.
