Delay, make changes, interfere, and make a complete mess of it ?
Absolutely.
Now with that being said, if the quality of Davie's shipyards is the same as the past this ship will be unfit sea, unfit alongside a very long time after it's turned over to the Gov't.

This sole-source deal was signed by the former government and it would have cost taxpayers $89 million if the Liberals hadn't agreed to it.
Would you have bitched if they hadn't signed it and screwed the navy out of having AOR capability until the new ones are ready?
If so, you might want to go to your doctor and ask for something to treat what might be a case of TDS.
