Whoopity shit, first off we had the Samson V, a stump pulling tug turned into a small museum tied up at the old Fraser river wharf, then came a Russian submarine followed by a floating casino, a la the old Mississippi river paddle wheeler. They are all gone now, aside from the Samson which is moored further down stream. Now they have to bring in this "art work".....

The only "dockhands" within miles of this are sitting in the Paddle Wheeler pub in the Westminster Quay public market.....this hasn't been a working wharf in more than 40 years!!

So when are the t and f going to join the w.

Someone paid money for this. Reminds me of the $5000 rock the PTA bought for the peace garden. Had to ban the kids from it though too dangerous you know.

Nothing wrong with it, fits the area. Question is how much was spent on it.
