Bloody Baltimore: No end seen to post-Freddie Gray spike in homicides, shootings

The latest crime statistics out of Baltimore may be evidence that police in the city may be �leery of being proactive� in fighting gang crime after the indictment of six officers in the death of Freddie Gray earlier this year, experts said.
