They're also reporting elsewhere that the Russians won't be able to proceed as far as they want with their stealth fighters and new alleged "super" tanks because they simply cost too much. It's also why Russia's belligerence in Ukraine will really just amount in arming the local terrorists to cause mayhem because a full invasion that would trigger a Western reprisal could literally bankrupt them altogether.
