The sentencing of Jobb was adjourned until September 25 as the court requests a Gladue report, which takes into account all reasonable alternatives to incarceration for aboriginal offenders.

    WTF??!!??
He was driving while impaired and killed two young women, yet because he is native they want to find a way to avoid incarceration. That is bullshit. Had no injuries occured.....maybe, but not after two people are killed.

A bullet to his head would be justice.

    Sentencing circle?

Bs. Drunk driving and killing people = jail time, regardless of skin colour, heritage, religion or whatever exemption you can come up with.

They are obligated to go thru this process. Doesn't mean he walk necessarily. This is one where even I am not happy with the SCoC.
