The ripped jeans I can see the school having issue with but the top was nothing sexual or revealing so no reason why she should not be allowed to wear it.
Perhaps her scandalous and immodest outfit offended the Muslims at the school who prefer she dress in a more modest manner like these fashion-forward girls;
