    What is this?

    He appears to be talking about events of over 30 years ago as if they happened 19 years ago.

    He's talking about Bush and Blair like he thinks they're still in power.

    He is, isn't he? So what is this?

    If you check out the conspiracy theory site "AboveTopSecret" they have a screen-grab of the same story from 31 Dec 2002.

    I couldn't find this story on the front page of the Mail for today.

    If I try to link to it from this other site that claims to have it for today the link is dead.

    In fact if you look at the font for an actual, current, Daily Mail story it's not even the same one.

    Also the name of the author is a live link on the real story. It's dead on the fake one.
