Guy Martin is ok, but he cannot speak English to save his life.

A small time tv star, and a washed up old hag.

    This won't end well.

No, it'll be as boring as 'Fifth Gear'. :(

Ahh well, "All good things . . ."

I think it's still speculative as the story comes from someone overhearing Andy Wilman (Clarkson's school chum and former Top Gear executive producer) tell a lunch mate this. This would've been after Wilman quit the BBC. All three currently have car related shows on a rival channel (Ch 4). None of them have journalist background but do have presenter credits. Phillip Glenister is primarily an actor (Life On Mars, Ashes To Ashes), Jodie Kidd is a model(?) and frequent Gumball Rally participant and Guy Martin a former TT racer. Guy martin has recently got nabbed for driving an Aston Martin at 180 mph in a 40 mph zone on the Isle of Mann during a review of the car. Jodie Kidd wa also recently photographed (last week) with Jeremy Clarkson having lunch so she may well have been offered the job.

I don't think you'll be in the minority with that decision Bart.

I definitely won't watch it again without the original trifecta. But, I sincerely hope that one of the other networks in Great Briton decides to bring the guys back in another version of the show just to piss off the BBC and their PC policies.

Seconded. TopGear died when Clarkson got sacked.

BREAKING NEWS: Chris Evans is the new presenter of Top Gear after signing a three-year BBC deal to host show with all-new line-up

Evans says he is 'thrilled' and show is his 'favourite programme of all time'
Promises to 'respect what has gone on before and take the show forward'
BBC say production on new Top Gear series will start in next few weeks
Evans, 49, confirms he won't be leaving current position as Radio 2 host

He's a radio DJ with a real whiny voice.

    The BBC are idiots.

Hope he got a guaranteed contract for the money because I do not think the show will make it past the middle of the second season.

If I took a swing and punched a guy in the face at work, that would be it for me. You don't think Clarkson should be held accountable because--why?--he hosts a stupid fucking car show?

The BBC aren't the stupid ones.

And Jeremy Clarkson was a lanky toy salesman with bad teeth.

I won't watch it either. It's not the same without Clarkson.

I heard a rumour that Netflix might pick up the show with clarkson, May and Hammond. But we'll see.

I'd give it a try. Didn't know who Clarkson, May, or Hammond were either before Top Gear. It will be a different show for sure though.
