Maybe we don't have all the facts, but on itself this doesn't sound like harrassment, just basically reporting "look what somebody drew on this wall."

These are Montreal police we are talking about here Andy, they are known to declare protests to be 'unlawful' before they even begin.

If she drew it, that's a different story.

Well, to be convicted, this would also have to involve Montreal courts. We also have some town that passed laws against dissing the cops, so I guess it's a Quebec thing. Seems strange really, doesn't fit with my image of the Quebecois. I thought they were more relaxed about lawn order than ROC. Guess they're all cripto Harpers.

No, just left-wing control freaks in Quebec. She probably is being charged for posting in english.

Makes zero sense. Also.... seeing that he's constantly riding stratos about misspelling words. The doughnut dealing diva isn't anywhere near as clever as he supposes himself.

Cmdr. Ian Lafreniere, one of the city's most visible police officers, testified during her trial the image shook him up, scared his children and caused his wife to stop working for several months.

WTF is this gutless coward doing on a police force if he's going to have an emotional breakdown over a pathetic internet post?

    MAN UP PRINCESS!!!!

He'd better start arresting a lot of people because googling "Cmdr. Ian Lafreniere drawing graffiti" shows lots of people are criminally harassing him.
