WASHINGTON (ABC News) -- Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton is awful at parking. Congressional staffers who witnessed the parking fail Wednesday morning laughed at the display.

    Eleanor Holmes Norton is a Delegate to the United States Congress representing the District of Columbia. She's 77 years old.
