How in the fuck? I have to submit my debit card every time I withdraw from the bank. They never have accepted photo id on it's own for a withdrawl.

Same here. TG Bank, you suck!

""This is a sophisticated crime. Criminals go to great lengths to impersonate people," TD Bank said in a statement to CTV Vancouver.

TD has frightfully bad security. The online banking has a character limit of 8 and doesn't allow anything but letters and numbers.

They also don't do IP authentication which is nice to use but scary. I'd hope that a computer with an IP address from outside of Canada that has never logged into my online banking would require another step of authorization but it doesn't with TD.
