Two patients who escaped from a mental-health facility in North Bay, Ont., have been located after their involvement in a head-on crash in Saint-Simon-de-Rimouski, Que.

Yeeeesh.

They have been on the run for a week, all over the place.

Motel owner actually makes an appointment for them to come, calls the RCMP, they play like Keystone Cops and show up late, they get away.

And now, at the end of it, they have to get into a head on with some poor innocent guy, and screw up his life before the Police actually do anything.

Lastly,
Duval, who also goes by Cara Donnelly, and Pepin, were reported missing from the North Bay Regional Health Centre's mental health and law program on Jan. 22, at about 6 p.m. The two patients failed to return from permitted off-unit privileges.

Police said the pair posed ?a significant threat to public safety.?

If they are such a risk, why were they allowed out ?
