An Aboriginal-owned investment group that was supposed to help end poverty on Manitoba First Nations instead blew its money on strippers, booze, fancy food and exotic trips, APTN Investigates has learned.

Well clearly this is all the fault of the Residential School System, i mean the residential schools drove these guys to hire hookers and spend thousands at strip bars and steak houses. European Canadians should feel ashamed for driving aboriginal people into doing these things :|

Funny how they don't talk about Terry Nelson and his anti-semitism

Oh worse than that. There is a direct causal line between Columbus landing in the Caribbean and the writing and passing of bad cheques on reservations everywhere.

I would have to say that even coming up with the invention of paper and any system of writing is obviously a crime committed by Euro-canadians to all first nations everywhere, we're not even talking about the concept of economics.

    Bad bad Canada.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. The guy in the story is advocating violence and should be charged.

Of course there's lots of racism against FN's. And they also come out with quite a bit directed at "the white man." (Imagine a white person talking about "the red man.")

I was congratulating APTN for not just putting out stories that put natives in a good light, but also being willing to look in the shadows.

Have no fear there will be back to their regularly planned Canada bashing shortly

We should send more money to fix the problem.

It also must be the PM's fault.

Using a quote purportedly made by General Phil Sheridan is pretty lame even for a guy as racist as this.

But, if he truly feels that way about the Natives then he should at least have the decency to get his own catch phrase for the RCMP to use at his trial because, the one he's using now is so, 1870's. :P
