Calgary police say they are interested in talking to the driver captured on a YouTube video called "Calgary's Worst Driver."

Deregulated the driver training and licensing system during the Klein years. Just like the utility privatization turned out to be the driver system is now a disaster.

Shouldn't be difficult to find the owner of the vehicule. I can read at least part of the license plate, ends with 442. I can't read the rest of it but I'm sure with the right tools, someone could... maybe my eyes are too old.

I saw a car with a student driver sign on it the other day. Only one person in the car so it must of been the instructor driving. While approaching a stale green light, he put on his left hand turn signal, started to turn right and then ran the red and went straight through.
