The white police officer who killed Michael Brown has resigned from the Ferguson Police Department, nearly four months after the confrontation that fuelled protests in the St. Louis suburb and across the U.S.
nearly four months after the fatal confrontation with the black 18-year-old that fueled protests in the St. Louis suburb and across the nation.
If burning down a city, fighting with police, attacking National Guardsmen and shooting at people defending law and order is protesting then, I'd really hate to see what a full blown riot looks like, because it would quite obviously make the bombing of Dresden look like Sesame Street in comparison.
I guess the PC twits at CBC won't call a spade a spade and much prefer to call it a shovel lest they give the impression that minorities can do any wrong.
Oh, jeez, you got nothing else to grump about? It's a factual, perfectly innocuous statement. Come on, you can do better than that to root out the vast left wing cornspiracy within the media.
And did you bother to read the article?
On Monday night, when prosecutors announced that the grand jury declined to indict Wilson, the St. Louis suburb of 20,000 residents was ravaged by looting and violence. By Tuesday, Nixon had sent more than 2,200 National Guard members to the area.
Not good enough? Should it be "OMG, the schwartzes are at it again, we're all going to die!!!!"?

It's not your fault.
I missed that part of the article.
You obviously have to learn to read between the lines. This is a CBC article, we all know what that means. I think I understand...
Let me check if I have it straight though. We don't trust what's the lines, because it's the CBC and they're biased left-wing media party hacks. But we do trust whatever each of us chooses to interpret as being the lines, because we(by we I mean right wingers) don't have any biases of our own that might affect how we interpret things...

The same media, like the NY Times, that printed his home address ?
I wouldn't bet on it, they won't stop until he is dead.
Did you follow up on that story? It gets hilarious.
The Progressive media used to get away with crap like that, but New Media reacts now.
There's an internet site called, I think, GotNews.com. They started investigating the reporter, and published her home address. She didn't like it so much when the shoe was on the other foot. And GotNews kept digging eventually discovering she has a shoplifting conviction. That became the internet equivalent of front page on some sites.
Progs though...they never learn. This isn't the first time one of their legacy media outlets had to be educated concerning publishing people's addresses.

Well, yeah. To be fair though, when the liberals did it they were just copying the conservatives before them. Who were copying the liberals before them. And so on back into the mists of time...

Those are the same "witnesses" who had a 40 inch tv under their arm as they ran down the street.
