Phil Rudd, the drummer for legendary hard rock band AC/DC, has been charged with attempting to have two men killed.

    I guess this'll mean no AC/DC tour this summer unless the venues have GAOL in their name. :lol:

    He's an off again on again member anyway.

    Malcolm having dementia on the other hand... ...not sure how they're planning the tour around that.

    That was quick. I wonder why he got charged in the first place since procuring murder requires a procure and a procurer and usually takes quite awhile to authenticate.

    So I guess the question is. Have the charges really been dropped or just put in abeyance in case something comes up and they want to charge him again?

    Not really. He was there from 75 till 83 and 94 till now so he's got some tenure.

    The only ones with more time are Malcolm, Angus, Brian Johnson and Cliff Williams.
