Sexual dysfunction in the Canadian military is such a sensitive topic for the Harper government that federal officials have stamped all information related to it as a cabinet secret, something not to be revealed to the public.

Harper still considers the menu for the G20 summit in 2008 to be a classified secret, so it's not surprising that he'd find a few cases of normal aging to be a secret too.

Oh my. The DND has actual human beings on payroll. They even have common, every day health issues, just like the rest of the civilians in the country. They might even be susceptible to the common cold. WTF!! Better not let anyone know that, for sure. We'll instantly be a target. Better yet - the laughing stock of the military world!

It's official. The Facebook generation has reached parliament.

In this case, it probably has more to do about a potential "scandal" that could undermine his chances next year.

Remember how the US medicare system funded penile pumps to the cost of $172 million? He's worried that if the public found out we spent a few million on Viagra, it might become an issue, especially in light of how they have treated veterans the past couple years.

We live in a pretty privileged country where Viagra use in the military could be considered a 'scandal'. ;)
